Practical solutions for real business needs — whether you're just getting started, need a cleanup, or want ongoing support.

Behind on your books?Unsure if your numbers are right?Dreading tax season?NEW: pain-point line
How every month closes

A Clear Close, Every Month

NEW: from the blueprint. Timeline, checklist and scope in one section. CONFIRM each line is true for how you work
By the 5th: you send documentsStatements, receipts and answers to open questions.
By the 10th: books closedReconciled, reviewed, with your reports and exception log.
Within 1 business day: repliesEvery question gets an answer. Late documents move the close back day for day.

The monthly CPA-ready checklist

  • Bank and card accounts reconciled to statements
  • Uncategorized transactions cleared or listed as questions
  • Open questions and missing documents listed with dates
  • Owner draws, loans and large items flagged, not guessed
  • Payables and receivables reports match the ledger
  • Reports marked “unaudited, for management use”
  • Exception log sent with your reports
  • Books reviewed before they are closed

Year-end CPA package: trial balance, general ledger, reconciliations and 1099 vendor data, shared in a folder for your CPA.

What we don’t do

  • Prepare or file income tax returns
  • File sales tax returns, unless you add it as a service
  • Audit, review or assurance work
  • Legal advice
  • Move your money, apart from payroll you ask us to run
CONFIRM the last line: payroll is the only money movement you handle
Our approach

We Don't Just Categorize Transactions. We Understand Them.

A transaction tells you that money moved. It doesn't always tell you why. We look deeper, connect the dots, and keep your records accurate, organized, and meaningful.

01. UnderstandWe learn how your business operates and how money moves through it.
02. InvestigateWe look into unclear, unusual, or inconsistent transactions rather than making assumptions.
03. OrganizeWe keep accounts, reconciliations, supporting information, and financial records properly organized.
04. MaintainWe help keep your books accurate and current through consistent ongoing support.
MADE THE SAME: Services and About now share one "Our approach" section, with the four steps and the line icons
REMOVED: "Wherever Your Books Stand" repeated the Home stage picker and the service cards above. Services are already listed by type on this page

Behind Profit Path Solution Is a Bookkeeper Who Takes the Numbers Seriously.

Hi, I'm Ufaq, Founder of Profit Path Solution LLC.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account credentials) through our website's public pages. Such information, if provided, is generally submitted directly to us or through a secure client-facing platform as part of service delivery, described in Section 5.

03How We Collect Information

  • When you submit a contact or inquiry form on our website.
  • When you book a consultation through our scheduling tool.
  • When you contact us directly by email, text or phone.
  • Automatically through cookies or similar technologies when you visit our website.
  • Directly from you or your business during client onboarding and throughout the course of providing bookkeeping or accounting services.

04How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests for information.
  • Schedule and manage consultations.
  • Provide bookkeeping, accounting, and related services to our clients.
  • Communicate with clients and prospective clients about our services, including service messages and billing notices.
  • Process payments for our services, where applicable.
  • Maintain, improve, and secure our website and service offerings.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other illegal activity.
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

05Financial & Business Information

As a bookkeeping and accounting firm, part of our service involves receiving, reviewing, and reconciling financial and business records on behalf of our clients. This may include bank and credit card transaction data, invoices, receipts, payroll records, and similar financial documentation that clients provide to us or grant us access to (for example, through a linked bank or card feed or accounting software platform) in the course of engagement.

We use this information solely to perform the bookkeeping and accounting services our clients have engaged us to provide. We do not use client financial or business records for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell this information.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect client financial and business information consistent with the sensitivity of that data, including using secure, access-controlled platforms for exchanging financial documents.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank logins or passwords by regular email or text message. We will give you a secure way to share them when they are needed. Where payroll or contractor work requires a tax ID, we handle it only through secure, access-controlled tools and only as needed for the work.

ADDED: a plain warning about sensitive numbers. Bookkeepers often receive SSNs and logins by email, and this tells clients what not to do.

06How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as accounting and bookkeeping software platforms, payment processors, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, website hosting providers, email service providers, and scheduling platforms. These providers are given access only to the information needed to perform their function and are expected to protect it accordingly.
  • Legal or government authorities, when required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order).
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

07Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use our site, which may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of our website.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sharing for advertising, where required by law.

08Data Security

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes access controls that limit who within the organization can view client data, and reputable third-party software platforms with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us or stored in our systems.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

ADDED: breach-notification sentence, expected under most U.S. state laws and Canadian privacy law.

09Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Client financial and accounting records are generally retained for up to 7 years to comply with standard North American tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Website inquiry and contact-form information is generally retained for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records.

10Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including the United States and Canada), you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses or sharing of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 30 to 45 days.

11California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete certain personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share (as defined under the CCPA) personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority.

12Canadian Residents

If you are in Canada, we handle your personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. We collect and use your information with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits, and you may ask to access or correct your information at any time by contacting us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

ADDED: the original notice says we serve Canada but only covered California. This section closes that gap.

13Calls, Text Messages & Email

If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry, your consultation, or the services you use. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of buying any service.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

ADDED: text and email consent wording. A phone field on the contact form needs this under U.S. messaging rules.

14Where Information Is Processed

We use cloud-based software providers whose servers are mainly in the United States. Our team may access and process information from locations outside the United States and Canada. Wherever it is processed, we apply the safeguards described in this Notice and expect our providers to do the same.

ADDED: disclosure of cross-border access. Confirm the wording is what you want to say publicly.

15Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

16Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services we do not control, including:

  • Our scheduling platform (for example, Calendly), for booking consultations.
  • Payment processors, for handling payments where applicable.
  • Analytics providers, described in the Cookies & Analytics section.
  • Social media platforms, if we link to our social media profiles.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to those third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

17Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Notice indicates when it was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.

Terms & Conditions

Profit Path Solution LLC  ·  Effective September 22, 2026  ·  Last updated October 9, 2026
In plain English
  • These terms cover your use of this website.
  • Our articles and guides are general information, not tax, legal or investment advice.
  • Sending a contact form does not make you a client. A client relationship starts only with a signed Subscription Agreement or completed onboarding.
  • Paid bookkeeping services are governed by the Subscription Agreement.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
NOTE: your document, tidied and extended to match this website. Items marked ADDED or CHECK are my suggestions. I am not a lawyer, so please have a U.S. business attorney review it before launch. The Last updated date shows today because the text changed.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at profitpathsolution.com (the "Website") and the general information and services offered by Profit Path Solution LLC ("Profit Path Solution," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you engage us for bookkeeping or accounting services, that relationship is additionally governed by our Subscription Agreement (or a separate signed engagement letter or onboarding materials), which takes precedence over these Terms for matters specific to service delivery, fees, and the client relationship.

02Who May Use the Website

The Website is intended for businesses of all sizes, professionals, and individuals at least 18 years old inquiring about or using our bookkeeping and accounting services across the United States and Canada. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and, if using the Website on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to do so.

03Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or other users' information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation, including through malware, excessive automated requests, or similar means.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce the Website's content except as permitted under the Intellectual Property section.

When you send us a message or form, please give accurate information and do not include sensitive data such as passwords, bank logins or Social Security numbers. You allow us to use what you send to respond to you.

04Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Profit Path Solution or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Website content for your own personal or internal business reference; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

05Third-Party Names & Logos

QuickBooks, Intuit, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, Stripe, PayPal, Square and other product names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. They appear only to show the software we work with. Their use does not mean we are owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by those companies.

ADDED: because the Home page now shows these logos.

06No Professional Advice

Content on the Website, including blog posts, guides, or general information about bookkeeping and financial topics, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, financial, or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as such. It is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances. Our general content and services do not include certified public accounting (CPA) opinions, tax filings, or audited financial statements unless expressly stated in a separate, signed agreement.

07Pricing & Website Information

Prices, plan descriptions and service details on the Website are for general information and may change. Your final scope and fees are confirmed in your Subscription Agreement, onboarding materials or written quote.

ADDED: so a price shown online is not treated as a binding offer.

08Contact Forms & Consultation Requests

Submitting a contact form, consultation request, or similar inquiry through the Website does not create a client relationship or engage our services. A formal client relationship begins only when both parties have executed an applicable Subscription Agreement or completed our mandatory onboarding process. Information you send before then is not covered by a client confidentiality agreement unless we agree otherwise in writing, so please keep it general.

09Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may link to or use third-party websites, tools, or services we do not control (for example, a scheduling tool for booking consultations or a payment processor for initial checkout). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFIT PATH SOLUTION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET OUT IN A SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT GOVERNING PAID SERVICES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Profit Path Solution harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

13Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the Website. If you have trouble reading or using any part of it, contact us and we will help you get the information in another way.

ADDED: a short accessibility line, now common on business sites.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17Termination of Access

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

18Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any applicable Subscription Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Profit Path Solution regarding the Website.

Subscription Agreement

Profit Path Solution LLC  ·  Effective September 22, 2026  ·  Last updated October 9, 2026
In plain English
  • Service runs month to month, with no long-term contract. Cancel any time by emailing us.
  • Work is invoiced at the end of each month for the services provided that month.
  • You give us accurate records on time. We do the work with reasonable care and keep your information confidential.
  • We do not provide tax filing, legal or investment advice, or audited statements unless agreed in writing.
  • Your financial records always belong to you.

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Profit Path Solution LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered address at 8 The Green, STE 4000, Dover, DE 19901 ("Profit Path Solution," "we," "us," or "our"), and the client identified during the checkout process (the "Client," "you," or "your"). This Agreement governs your subscription to and use of our bookkeeping and accounting services (the "Services").

By making your first purchase of a plan or additional service through our provided checkout link, completing our required onboarding materials, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

01Description of Services

Profit Path Solution provides bookkeeping and accounting services to businesses across the United States and Canada, which may include transaction categorization and reconciliation, monthly financial statement preparation, and related services as described in your specific plan or engagement (the "Services"). The specific scope of services included in your plan will be provided in your onboarding materials or Statement of Work.

The Services do not include tax preparation, tax filing, legal advice, investment advice, or audited or certified financial statements, unless separately and expressly agreed to in writing.

02Scope Changes & Additional Services

Work outside your plan, such as cleanup or catch-up of past periods, accounting system setup or migration, sales tax filing, 1099 filing, or extra accounts and employees, is quoted separately. We will confirm the scope and price in writing, and you approve it before the work begins. Additional services are priced as shown on our Pricing page unless we agree otherwise.

ADDED: your Pricing page sells add-ons and quoted cleanups, but the original agreement did not say how they are approved.

03Subscription Plans, Fees & Billing

  • Plan(s): The details of your specific plan and included services are shown at checkout and in your onboarding materials.
  • First Purchase: To start working with us, a new Client first buys a plan or an additional service through our provided checkout link. This first payment confirms your plan or service and begins your onboarding. There is no separate onboarding fee.
  • Ongoing Monthly Invoicing: After your first purchase, ongoing Services for regular Clients are invoiced monthly. We will issue an invoice at the end of each month for the Services provided during that period.
  • Payment Method: The first purchase is paid through our secure checkout link. Monthly invoices are payable upon receipt by Wise or ACH bank transfer, using the payment details specified on the invoice.
  • Price Changes: We may change our fees with at least 30 days' advance notice before the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
UPDATED: no onboarding fee. The first purchase is a plan or additional service paid at checkout, then monthly invoices for regular clients

04Ongoing Service & Cancellation

Your engagement with us operates on a continuous month-to-month basis. Because we invoice you at the end of each month for Services rendered, your "subscription" simply refers to our ongoing monthly commitment to manage your bookkeeping.

To cancel our Services, you must notify us by email at contact@profitpathsolution.com. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email, or a later date you request. If you cancel mid-month, we will issue one final, prorated invoice at the end of that month for the work completed up to your cancellation date. Following the payment of that final invoice, your engagement is fully terminated, and no further Services will be performed or billed.

05Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records, documents, and information reasonably necessary for us to perform the Services.
  • Maintain the accuracy of your business and billing information.
  • Grant us the access reasonably necessary to perform the Services (for example, read access to bank or card feeds or accounting software), where applicable.
  • Review financial statements and deliverables we provide and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.
  • Comply with applicable laws relating to your business's financial recordkeeping.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information or access you provide.

06Our Responsibilities

We will perform the Services described in your plan using reasonable care and skill consistent with generally accepted bookkeeping practices.

07Deliverables & Timing

We prepare your monthly reports after the month-end close, once we have received all the records and access we need for that month. Timelines depend on you providing complete information on time. Any response or turnaround time stated in your plan is a target, not a guarantee.

ADDED: sets a fair expectation about when reports arrive.

08Software, Access & Security

You keep ownership of your accounting software account and are responsible for its subscription fees. We work inside your account with the access you give us and use read-only access wherever possible. Please do not send passwords by email or text. We will give you a secure way to share access. Tell us promptly if you change access or suspect unauthorized activity on any account connected to our work.

ADDED: matches the security line on your website (read-only access).

09Fees, Late Payment & Refunds

Fees are due as described in the billing section above. If an invoice is not paid by the due date shown on it, a one-time late fee of 10% of the unpaid amount will be added to the invoice, to the extent permitted by law. We may also suspend Services for non-payment until the balance is paid. All fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in your specific onboarding materials.

UPDATED: 10% one-time late fee. Not stated yet: a grace period (for example 5 to 7 days). Add the due date and the late fee on every invoice too

10Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential and proprietary information (including Client financial information) confidential, and to use it only as necessary to perform under this Agreement, except as required by law or with the disclosing party's consent. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement. We perform the Services remotely from outside the United States and may use business-grade software, including AI features, that is contractually restricted from training on Client information.

11Data & Financial Information

Our collection, use, and protection of your information is also described in our Privacy Notice. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Notice.

12Records, Handover & Retention

When the Agreement ends, we will remove our access to your accounts and, on request, give you your reports and working files in a common format. You remain responsible for keeping your own copy of your records. We may keep copies of our working files for up to 7 years as described in our Privacy Notice, and they stay confidential.

ADDED: explains what happens to your files after cancelling.

13Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in our methodologies, templates, software, and other materials used to provide the Services. You retain all rights in your own business and financial data; we do not claim ownership of your financial records.

14Professional Standards & Tax Disclaimer

We are a bookkeeping firm. We are not a CPA firm and do not give tax, legal or audit opinions. We are not responsible for penalties, interest or other costs that result from late, incomplete or inaccurate information from you or from tax filings prepared by others. Please review important decisions and tax matters with your CPA, tax preparer or attorney.

ADDED: protects you from tax-penalty claims and matches the website wording.

15Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. OUR SERVICES DO NOT CONSTITUTE TAX, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE, AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR SUCH ADVICE.

16Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFIT PATH SOLUTION'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

17Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Profit Path Solution harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information you provide to us.

18Independent Contractor Relationship

Profit Path Solution provides the Services as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.

19Term & Termination

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated as described in the Ongoing Service & Cancellation section or this section.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach not cured within 15 days of written notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately for non-payment, or if we reasonably believe continuing to provide the Services would violate the law or expose us to liability.
  • Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the effective date of termination.

20Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, or through binding arbitration if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

21Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or utility outages, or other force majeure events.

22Notices & Electronic Communication

We may send notices, invoices and documents to the email address you give us, and you agree that electronic delivery and electronic signatures or acceptance are valid. Notices to us go to contact@profitpathsolution.com.

ADDED: lets you send invoices and notices by email and accept online agreement.

23Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes (for example, by email or by posting an updated version), and continued use of the Services after the update's effective date constitutes acceptance.

24Entire Agreement; Severability

This Agreement, together with the checkout payment terms, your completed onboarding materials, and our Privacy Notice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
